NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
Town of Red Hook Highway Department—2024 Hot Mix Asphalt
Notice is hereby given, that the Highway Department of the Town of Red Hook will accept sealed bids for the purchase of Hot Mix Asphalt for the January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 calendar year.
Bids will be opened on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY.
The bid specifications may be examined at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours, 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, legal holidays excluded. Bid specifications may be obtained electronically from the Town Clerk at townclerk@redhookny.gov, by mail, or by providing a prepaid UPS or Fed Ex account number.
Bids must be returned to the office of the Town Clerk for the Town of Red Hook at 7340 S. Broadway, Red Hook, NY, no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 28, 2023. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID Highway Department-2024 Hot Mix Asphalt.”
The Superintendent of Highways reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise.
