NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
Town of Red Hook Highway Department—2024 Materials and Services
Notice is hereby given, that the Highway Department of the Town of Red Hook will accept sealed proposals for the purchase of the following types of highway materials and services for the January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 calendar year:
- All types of cold mix patch;
- Stone dust;
- Processed Item 4;
- Screened fill;
- Rip-rap;
- Gabion;
- 1 ½” crushed stone;
- Topsoil;
Proposals will be opened on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY.
The Specifications may be examined at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours, 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, legal holidays excluded. Bid specifications may be obtained electronically from the Town Clerk at townclerk@redhookny.gov, by mail, or by providing a prepaid UPS or Fed Ex account number.
Proposals must be returned to the office of the Town Clerk for the Town of Red Hook at 7340 S. Broadway, Red Hook, NY, no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “PROPOSAL-2024 Highway Materials”.
The Superintendent of Highways reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise.
