NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
Town of Red Hook Highway Department—2020 Materials and Services
Notice is hereby given, that the Highway Department of the Town of Red Hook will accept sealed proposals for the purchase of the following types of highway materials and services for the January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 calendar year:
- All types of cold mix patch;
- Stone dust;
- Processed Item 4;
- Screened fill;
- Rip-rap;
- Gabion;
- 1 ½” crushed stone;
- Topsoil;
- Trucking for all crushed stone and abrasive sand products; and
- Hourly, daily, and weekly rates for boom truck and operator for tree removal.
Proposals will be opened on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at 2:00 PM at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY.
The Specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours, 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
Proposals must be returned to the office of the Town Clerk for the Town of Red Hook at 7340 S. Broadway, Red Hook, NY, no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 24, 2019. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “PROPOSAL-2020 Highway Materials”.
The Superintendent of Highways reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise.
