New York State has confirmed Covid-19 cases. Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health is charged with the prevention and control of communicable disease and is the local point of contact for Covid-19. The DCDBCH is monitoring the situation and will adjust strategies as the disease in the community evolves. An informational hotline number is being established and will be available starting on March 5th or 6th. (845) 486-3555
County health recommends that if you suspect you may be affected, first call your healthcare provider.
As always, in cases of imminent physical distress residents should dial 911.
